Hello. My name is Roger, I'm the owner of Pride Labor Group. I've been moving professionally for almost 3 years and have crew members who have moved professionally a lot longer. When I decided to create Pride back in 2018, I was working as a contracted mover for some of the largest moving companies in the U.S. While working for these companies I noticed a need for professionals who wanted to provide good services and who really care about what they do. That's when Pride was born. Our mission is to provide you and your family with one of a kind service, service that's always done with character. Some of the services that we offer are packing/unpacking rental truck/moving container loading/unloading. We service all sized jobs no matter how small or large. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us a customer can expect good communication and one of a kind service throughout the process.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When hired, On moving day a customer can expect to have experienced moving professionals working towards the purpose of ensuring that the customer, their goods, and home are taken care of.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To better serve you, there are some things that customers could do to be fully prepared on moving day. Things such as (unmounting T.Vs from walls, unplugging refrigerators or freezers a couple days prior so they can defrost, removing gas from generators or any equipment that uses gas, removing pictures and paintings of walls, unhooking washer and dryer, if moving out have signage stating(staying) on anything that will be staying,if moving in have signage on rooms stating the room name( for example; Master)
What types of moves have you handled?
In the time I have been in the moving industry I have handled all kinds of moves from customers moving just local, others moving cross country, and some going overseas.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A couple of things that I enjoy about being a mover is that we get to meet new people, provide good services, and work on a team working towards a sole purpose.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Good employees are of great importance to any business that wants to thrive, that's why here at Pride we provide training in customer service, goods handling, and ethics.
