This moving company was so outstanding, i can’t say enough about them. The moving company we were using, (and paid for) left us high and dry. For 2 days they said they were coming and never showed up. My son had to be out of his apartment, and I had no idea what I was going to do. These guys were at the apartment within 45 minutes. They packed everything up and were very professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thank you guys so much!!!

We were very happy with our 2 movers. They showed up about 2 hours earlier than expected. But that was ok since we hired them for 3 hrs. I confirmed with them that we had already paid and the amount. They agreed and it seemed we were on the same page. The price was the same. They worked hard and fast to fill our pod. But upon finishing I said you must have some paperwork for me. They couldn't explain why I had to pay them when I had already paid in full. Suddenly I'm feeling like they're taking advantage of me. It was a miscommunication that lead to a terrible misunderstanding that the POD people used a broker that requires the job to be completed before release of funds. These guys couldn't explain what they were requesting me to do. Not pay them again but call the co. To release the funds I had already paid. I was so upset after about 45 min. Of trying to tell these guys I was not giving them one cent more than what I already paid. This was finally resolved when a rep. Was finally reached and explained i just needed to confirm the guys did the job. I did confirm, the funds were released. Unfortunately when the guys asked for a tip I was so pissed off at the poor communication I didn't tipped them and it was not their fault. They did deserve a tip and I'm sorry my anger was misplaced. In the future have the payment process in the paperwork for the movers and customer so its clear your not being over charged. This could have been totally avoided.

They were great. Very very helpful, they helped me wrap, they took care of my items only minimal issues with a bent file cabinet. They were professional didn’t even want to stop for water. Very nice. Totally recomend them.
