I had such a great experience with We the States Moving company. John Winston and Sunday were such great helpers - they were fast, kind, respectful, and personable. They came early which was great since I was already anxiously waiting ready and got started quickly. They ended up finishing the move in an hour instead of 2 and tetris-ed the boxes in my moving van effortlessly. 10/10 service, would recommend again.

Overall good experience. They were willing to continue unloading even after it started to rain. They also helped assemble my two beds. Could improve by handling furniture with blankets to prevent scratches

They did an awesome job! They were on time and got everything done within the allotted timeframe. Got all the heavy stuff into the 10' truck and fit in there like "tetris" ha! Very nice guys and made sure we didn't hurt ourselves trying to pick up or move the heavy stuff. I will totally use them again to move our storage units. Thanks guys!!

Jon and his team were on time and worked hard to load us up. When the job had to be increased Jon was very flexible and was there when I needed him again. His entire team was friendly and professional. The reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is because a few of my furniture items were not loaded properly and were damaged during the trip. My entertainment center was loaded on its side and is now not square such that a door won't open, and one side panel is warped. A cube shelf was loaded on their tops and now have the paint worn away on their corners. One mattress was loaded up against my tool cabinet and received minor damage. A piece of cardboard would have prevented this. They packed the containers as full as they could. This was good to get my goods inside and was extra challenging on the last container. They did a wonderful job getting it all in, but the load was not secured well with straps, and we had a challenging time opening the doors on the other end. These are the exceptions to an otherwise excellent load. I would still hire them again.
The Hire A Helper site was specific about the helpers would not provide hand trucks or dollies. I purchased some, but my Helpers came prepared with their own hand trucks. I find it ridiculous that a professional mover wouldn't have the tools for the job and a way to get them to the work site. (Note the help I hired at my destination had no limitation like this and provided their own.)

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
