I hired Marcus and his team twice to unload my PODS containers. They were prompt, worked quickly (but carefully), and overall did a great job. If you are looking for affordable and courteous moving labor, I'd recommend R.E.D.S. I know I'll use them again.

I really wanted to give these guys a good review. They worked hard and got everything packed in the 2 PackRat containers. I saw the problem when we unpacked after arriving in Georgia. My bedroom furniture was very damaged from careless packing. When R.E.D.S moving showed up, I showed them a stack of 30 U-Haul blankets I had rented and told them to use all they wanted. When they were finished and the containers were packed, there were 18 blankets left. I assumed they had wrapped everything like I asked and I had just rented too many. When we got to Georgia and the unloaders showed up and opened the containers, the first thing they said was something like "Whoever packed these didn't know what they were doing." Our guest room dresser had a box just sitting on top of it with no protection. There was a huge area of scratches on the top. Our bed had scratched on the headboard, footboard and both bed rails. One of the nightstands had scratches on it. All this furniture was about 2 years old with no damage at all before the move. There is absolutely no way I would ever consider recommending R.E.D.S. Moving.

Called ahead to see if we needed any additional help earlier, which we did! The guys did a great job... fast but careful. Would definitely recommend R.E.D.S.!

The REDS team showed up early and brought 3 extra people for no extra charge, which made the move to a lot quicker. The team leader did a great job fitting a lot of furniture into a very small POD. They also assisted with a couple furniture disassemblies to help make things fit. On the downside they don’t quite have the same level of professionalism as I have received from other moving companies like Two brothers. They don’t bring any moving supplies with them, like packing tape, plastic wrap to protect my furniture while it sat out in the rain and snow, cardboard, etc. and they only had one small runner for the entrance so my house is now covered in mud. Overall they did a fine job, but we’ll see when my POD arrives at my destination how well everything was packed.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a quick confirmation call to confirm date, time and location. Any additional details needed for the job can be communicated through email or text message.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive and do a walk through of the home to get a better idea what we will be doing for the day. We will lay down floor protection upon request and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prep work for moving is time consuming. Have everything packed and wrapped before we arrive to save time on your move. We can pack boxes and pad and shrink wrap furniture but it can add some time to the job but we are skilled and efficient when it comes to these tasks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done almost every kind of move imaginable. Local, long distance, office. We load pods, trucks, trailers, any kind of container or vehicle used for moving we have experienced.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is all the different stuff you get to see and helping people make sure their most prized possessions travel safely from one location to the next.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We pride ourselves on our ability to load trucks and containers and being able to fully use all of the space provided.
