Thank you so much to Daniel and his crew! Moving is always stressful, but I have to say this is definitely the easiest move I’ve ever done. The scheduling process was super simple, Daniel contacted me the next day to confirm, and the day of the move they showed up early and jumped right in. They took great care of everything, and even went above and beyond to find a solution when an item wasn’t going to fit in the stairs or elevator. Will totally be using them in the future! I had a huge emergency at a hospital with a family member that morning.
I could not make it back at the exact meeting time. I understand that they are paid by the hour etc. However, an little bitbof compassion for family member who had a serious hear attack that morning, would have been polite from them. As it was they refused to give me the 30 minute delay untilnI arrived. So we awarded 30 mins later even though I had already paid up front for two hours. I had to re direct them several times to items that needed to be moved into the truck and double check until I knew they had finished.
I feel that they could have packed the truck better and fit more items in the truck. As it was, they were "finished " 30 minutes before two hours ornpre paid work was completed. They could have reimbursed me for an hour. But whatever
