Had two helpers Ben was great experience knew what he was doing, the other younger man was a good worker just in experienced. All in all did a very good job. I would use them again.

It was a horrible experience. Movers worked very slowly. Packed storage unit of “10 by 15” with a handful pieces of furnitures and a couple of dozen medium boxes for almost 4 hours. Didn’t finish their work. Acted like a criminal. Made up a lie I refused to pay. Out of sudden hijacked my rental truck, drove to my apartments and extorted my pregnant wife. After my call to customer service ran off. Hire a helper customer service pledged to escalate the matter but did nothing. Moreover, the customer service didn’t return to me after I was asking to find other movers to complete the work. Just strung me alone they would help me.

I would highly recommend Easy Lift. They were on time, professional and just super nice to boot. We are in a temporary situation and I plan on calling on them when we move into our forever home in a couple of months!

Shay and Charles showed up literally right as hurricane Ian was bearing down on Tampa. We were in a major time crunch and even a one day delay would’ve been catastrophic for our move. I can’t recommend these two enough. The weather held them up a little bit as far as getting here at the designated time, but that was to be expected because of the incoming storm. They are very friendly and enthusiastic, and both very hard workers. So if you have the need for movers in the Tampa Bay area I highly recommend Shay and Charles. You will not be disappointed!
