Fantastic crew! Really outdid themselves packing the 16 ft pod like a jigsaw puzzle. Would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move using PODS and needing help packing the pod.

They showed up on time, however these two men were not professional at all. First, they both were drunk and we could smell the liquor coming off their body.
They were constantly complaining that they should only move stuff from the container to a common area in the living room, not where we would request for the items/furnitures to be placed (living room, bedroom etc). One of the man complained that he is 40 something years old and he's too old for this bull****.
Handled furniture terribly. I must hand it to the other one, who actually tried was a bit better but the other one called himself a "lead mover" for HireAHelper and they "never" have to move stuff between the rooms. The initial movers, from SoCalBrothers helped us moving stuff and they were on top of everything - true professional. We didn't exceed over time nor asked anything for extra.
Last thing, the mover handled the furnitures terribly, just picking it up, wobbling and all furious as well. He banged on the wall couple of times, one of the leg on a furniture was hanging off cuz of that but the other man fixed it and tried to deescalate the situation. Terrible experience. Never recommend or asking for this company ever again.

Horrible Service - Arrived 2 1/2 hours late
Packed boxes with Bubble Wrap layer on bottom - loose china dishes on top with 1 layer of bubble wrap on top.
We provided strong boxes, 3 packages of paper packs, several rolls of Bubble Wrap - small bubbles and large bubbles, sealing tape, etc. from HOME DEPOT - verified by kept receipts
Boxes were sealed incorrectly - no cushioning at all - even You Tube teaches how to pack for Cross Country or Cross Town. Documented the boxes for ourselves and for you - even showing pastoral staff and close friends. Fine china plates stacked together - not wrapped individually - and bubble wrapped in one big ball. We told the packers the value and the care we expected AND PAID FOR - and even bought the packers lunch!
Such a deal - two & one half hours late, took four hours not three, and did a horrible job. Paying another company to come pack correctly.
