Elvis and the crew were so quick, and respectful, they made sure everything went where it needed to go. They worked so hard, even with the millions of books they had to carry in! I will definitely go with them again!

Three workers arrived instead of 2. The third felt that I should thank him for unsolicited service. The third worker said the two workers I requested worked for him. Oddly enough I found him on his cell phone in his truck while the other 2 worked. When I confronted him, he got loud and told me that I should appreciate him as a free third person. He explained that another hour would be required to complete the job. I told him 'no problem make it happen'. For some reason, he again mentioned that I should appreciate his free participation while 'prematurely' threatening to pull his workers in the middle of the truck download. Instead finishing the job, as promised, he watched the clock and asked for another hour. At that time, I felt I was being hussled. His workers were diligent and competent but I do not want to do business with the 'free' third person again, even if it is the owner.

Military Friendly! Elvis and his team were prompt, professional, and physically fit to unload over 10,000 lbs of household goods on Fort Eustis. His team provided a level of care for my HHGs that I have not seen in over 20 years of service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR MILITARY MOVES.

The crew showed up on time, were kind, professional, and very eager to get the packing complete. They worked hard and did a great job packing out truck. We didn't have enough room in the truck we rented, but they gave great advise on renting an additional trailer and knew exactly what size would give us the appropriate amount of space for our things.

They did not organize and put my things without wrapping and if did wrap did Not tape. The huge 7' tall bookcase was destroyed Don't know if it can be fixed
I called immediately and the company said I would have to wait 48 hours and pay again!!
The strangest thing is I had GREAT service in the Woodlands TX(outside Houston) beginning of month of October!! Can't believe how bad the Richmond group was compared to the great group in TX??

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
