The movers themselves were great once they arrived — professional and efficient with the heavy lifting. However, the experience leading up to their arrival was frustrating. The owner did send periodic texts with time updates, but the scheduled 4:00 PM arrival kept getting pushed. At 5:35 PM, I was told the new ETA was 6:15, and I replied that this would cause issues for me — but I never received a response, even though the message showed as read. I ended up having to call at 6:30, and was told the crew had “20 minutes left” on another job and a 30-minute drive after that. Unfortunately, they still didn’t show up until 8:30 PM. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and more accurate time estimates would have made a big difference. Perhaps they shouldn’t schedule jobs so close together. I will note that two movers and the owner arrived at 8:30 versus just the two I paid for.

Wonderful crew!! They were fast and efficient and I absolutely recommend this company!!! Kevin and his crew are masters at what they do. We were afraid we didn’t have a big enough truck to load our 2 bedroom apartment and they assured me they’d work their magic and they did. If you’re looking for a moving crew, go with this one. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I will call to discuss your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.
