Hired two movers for two hours for two bedroom apartment with only one set of bedroom furniture. Movers came on time which was good. They instructed me well in where to move my truck. When they saw the steps at my apartment they questioned that and said “I thought there were no stairs”. Although it was in my receipt with hire a helper. They told me that they were not supposed to move items that were not boxed as per their policy which I didn’t know about since I placed many items in bags. They packed my items in the truck poorly. Lot of space was wasted. They did not take the time to plan the items of placement before they started the job. Many items were left over after they packed the truck with larger items. I told them about those items and I heard them say how “stupid” our decision was amongst one another. Mover instructed me to take items down. I tried helping them with rolling the carpet. One of the movers yelled at me and said “why are you doing that!?” When I unrolled it so that I could redo it and fix it. For the large sofa there is a certain way to hold it without damaging the furniture. The mover told us we “always have an answer for everything!” after he asked us how to properly take it down. These guys were extremely unprofessional and were not at all positive about the task. My task was simple since I did not have a lot of items for a two bedroom apartment. They complained a lot and made excuses for everything saying this or that is not in their policy instead of being positive and helping me. Even though I put in effort to be respectful and help them although I’m paying them. I would never recommend this company to anyone moving. Really rude and unprofessional. Although they did complete the task within the time limit. They did leave pieces of my bed Frame in my bedroom which I discovered after they said they were done. I normally don’t leave negative reviews. But their unprofessional attitude motivated me to write this.

Great crew, arrived early and ready to go. They were well prepared and able to navigate some tricky turns with bulky furniture. It was pouring rain too. Polite, neat and went above and beyond, would definitely hire again

Mark and Reggie were nothing short of spectacular. Extremely efficient, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

3 more things to add -
1. They started working the instant we finished the walkthrough and did not stop until everything was loaded! No breaks, no wasted time.
2. They coordinated very well, dividing for efficiency but teaming on heavy items with clear communication and problem solving. Not a scratch on my walls or doorways even with a very heavy desk with near zero clearance. They had a plan for loading and adjusted on the fly to make the best use of space in the truck.
3. They arrived on time, and they finished in 3/4 of the allotted time for the job.
