My sofa was returned without the removable legs, and the sofa can not be used in its present state. The manager was unconcerned and apparently did not report this incident. I have called Hire A Helper several times, with the response being to text message or call them, and no one answers. I am requesting that Advanced Moving Systems work with Hire A Helper did get this issue.
Also, there is a scuff mark on the recently refinished hardwood floors in the living room/piano room.
Second, the sofa legs still attached what you are missing is just a sofa leg sliders and we gave it to you on the loading day to keep it for the delivery day but you said we never did and by the way those sliders worth $4 to $7 total, and again we have all photos to support what I’m saying, photos we took, and photos you submitted to us before the loading day.
Finally, we covered all the area (floors) with floor protection, runners and blankets, and again we have all photos documented, keep in mind piano has no legs sliders and we recommend if you have anything to put under legs but you said “Don’t worry about it” but when we finished and left we checked all furniture and floor it was not even one mark and you signed the release agreement after you checked everything.

These guys We’re excellent ! The first company we hired never showed up and this company showed up within a couple hours to take over the job and they had our pod completely cleaned out for us in about an hour and a half and they did an excellent job and didn’t damage anything I would highly recommend them to anyone else

While the two guys who showed, eventually, we nice enough they were not movers. In my order I clearly explained that I needed to have furniture and boxes loaded into pods. They ambled around, avoided moving the furniture. They gave off an air of being lazy and just trying to drag the job out long enough that the time would be up. This is all after they were over two hours late. While I appreciated the tardiness discount from HireAHelper I still have hire more movers to finish the job that they could have completed if they were real movers. Don't be fooled by the name of their company, they are NOT movers and NOT prepared to move furniture at all. Spend the extra $$ and get real movers.
