This move was difcult. A house, barm and a detached garage.
Three of the four guys showed up. The three were excelent. They worked at a steady pace, worked as a team and listened to my requests.
I would hire them on a heartbeat again. I hope the guys at the other end of my journey are as good as your team.

Arrived early, friendly and professional. Obvious they had strong experience and knew what they were doing, including packing the storage unit. Highly recommend and would use again.

The two helpers arrived on time, went to work immediately and were very organized. From light boxes to heavy furniture, RJ and Fred worked together to avoid possible damage (there was none) and to deposit pieces as we preferred. They were very customer focused and after completely emptying the container they asked if there was anything else we needed.
We would definitely use them again!

They were suppose to arrive at 8:00 am got there at 10:00 left to take a 30 minute lunch at 11:30 did not get back until 4:45 .The boys were hard workers but your management never kept us informed of why they didn't come back and to top it off you charged us for an extra hour.They were pulled from our job to go help another team office staff is lacking in communication I must have left 6 voicemails plus countless text.N ot until I left a not so nice voicemail did I get a response and still took hours for them to get back and calls to the field supervisor.To top this all off our load day was for 6-30-21 at which time they never showed.This cost us two extra days on our truck rental.

Incredible! These guys are golden! I would give them 10 stars! Nice, fast working, highly respectful of surroundings moving furniture (did not once even touch a wall), easy to communicate with, just over all great guys! Looking forward to seeing you on the flip side “unpack” of the move. Tks Guys!!!!!

They got to work immediately and never paused. Courteous at all times. Checked with me to see my preferences. Stowed our contents in a very orderly way maximizing use of space. Great experience!

They did not show up. I scheduled for the 10-11am for 2 movers but never show up. I tried calling them a few times and they could not give me an estimate the delay, they said they will call once they’re on the way. But, still no show at all. The last time that they told me I will be the last one for them. I waited until 6 pm as they promised and they still said they’re finishing up. They said it should be within an hour. I waited until 7 pm and they didn’t answer any of our calls, even hire a helper tried to call them and no answers. I was supposed to move out 10 am but I waited until 7pm for nothing. I do not recommend this company at all. However, Hire a helper helped me out last minute, they got me new movers. Even though I have to wait until 9pm until the new movers to come, but they helped me a lot that day. They could not do anything else since HaveitMaid did not answer them too. I do not recommend HaveitMaid, please try other services to avoid my experience
