What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation email, text or call with your moving date, time window, and details. We'll outline the services you requested so you know exactly what's included. A staff member will reach out to confirm details, answer any questions, and provide tips (such as labeling boxes or separating essentials). You will get a reminder as moving day approaches. On moving day after loading and transporting to your new home we'll unload and place everything where you want it and reassemble the furniture.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Punctual Arrival. Your team will arrive on time, ready with all of the equipment, moving blankets, dollies, and supplies/tools needed to protect and move their belongings safely in a clean, clearly marked, and organized truck.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Start sorting and decluttering early, donate or dispose of unwanted items, clearly label boxes by room and a breif description of the contents (color coded labels are great!), do not overload boxes to avoid breakage, pack a first-day/night essentials box or bag (phone chargers, snacks, important papers, stack boxes in a staging area to give yourself room to finish packing,
