The crew was two men, the younger guy did most of the work. I think they could have finished the job in the allotted time had the older guy assisted with more of the work. They were; however, very friendly and followed directions well amidst a chaotic move. Definitely worth the cost of not having to move everything alone.

Two movers arrived on time. One of them was good and tried his best, but the other barely moved—he would just carry items into the apartment and drop them off without placing them properly.
We had a very fragile makeup table with a mirror, and we specifically told them it needed to be handled with extreme care and carried by hand. However, as soon as they started lifting it in the truck, they hit the table against the truck ceiling. They then turned it on its side, placed it on a dolly, and transported it in a way that compressed the table. As a result, nails came out of the back of the table.
The same thing happened with the dresser. They flipped it, placed it on the dolly, and once they brought it inside the building, they set it down by jamming a corner into the floor. This damaged one of the dresser’s corners.
They also transported our completely white sofa across the floor and pushed it through the door while it was still on the dolly, damaging both the sofa and the door. It should have been carried by hand.
Most importantly: they broke the chandelier in the building entrance. We have photos and security camera footage. They also damaged the hallway walls.
This must be addressed and fixed immediately.
I do not recommend these movers — they are the worst we’ve ever dealt with!
If you’re looking to end up with damaged furniture, a broken chandelier, and scuffed walls in the building, then they’re the perfect choice.

They did a wonderful job! The apartment I moved in had five flights of stairs. They tackled those steps with no problem at all. I would definitely recommend them & use them again if needed!
