Your crew was terrific! They were friendly, professional, pleasant, and eager to help. The original tasks that I hired them for (moving a couple of pieces of furniture up and down stairs) took only about 20 minutes, so I decided to go ahead and do a bigger furniture rearrangement that I think will be much better for the holidays. The guys remained pleasant and helpful, asking for what to next when I got distracted with clearing a surface or rearranging pillows. I will definitely hire them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking, we will follow up with a phone call to confirm details, and collect more information if needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The basic package is 2 movers for 3hrs. On moving day, the assigned movers are to call the customer prior to arrival with an ETA. Upon arrival, the initial walk through is done as well as staging and prep.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have clear pathways for the movers. Any other details would be discussed via phone call.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves, local, and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every job is different and theres never a dull moment. We enjoy meeting new customers on a steady basis.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members are trained to safely maneuver furniture, and load/unload the truck in the most efficient way for the situaton.
