There was some confusion initially as we called the office and they confirmed we could move the time back an hour or two. Movers showed up while we were not there because the message wasn't relayed from their office. Other than that, they did a great job and were very careful with all the furniture, boxes, etc.

The two movers Kauffman sent were wonderful -- diligent, non-stop, careful, able to manuever well and really thoughtful in terms of looking over what had to be packed and doing it so as to use the space well.
These two men worked harder then anyone I've met -- for 9 hours! They didn't really stop -- other than to catch their breaths -- and were really serious about it. And kind and warm and funny and understanding -- and really helpful. I would use them again and again, and recommend them highly!

The guys from Kauffmans Affordable Moving were great! They were on time and ready to go when we arrived at our new place with a full truck to unload. They were careful with our belongings and very careful when taking the items through hallways, elevators and finally setting them down in the correct location. I felt that we paid a higher price than average but not sure if that was because we decided to look for helpers to hire at the last minute. Overall I didn't mind the cost because they were worth it since they did an excellent job.

Mike,Lonnie & Danny from Kauffmans were excellent in all aspects of their job. They were on time. They were courteous, respectful and cooperative. They worked hard through the outside heat and the inside heat because the A/C was not working. They reassembled furniture and placed everything as requested. They are a credit to their company and we would certainly request their help again.

Was on time and quick. However, I did have extreme difficulty opening my Uhaul because of the way he packed it.

guys called when they couldn't be at scheduled arrival time. They were careful in handling the furniture. My only disappointment was that they didn't have any pads or blankets or anything to protect the stuff in the truck. This should be standard equipment provided by Kauffman for all furniture moving jobs. Other than that, I was pleased.

Good communication throughout. The crew called ahead when they thought they might be late due to traffic, but made it on time anyway. Quickly helped us unload within the scheduled time period. Very professional.

They were running late due to traffic, but called multiple times to let us know. Did a great job on a very hot day (almost 100 degrees). No damage to property and were very personable. We would use them again.
