By offering these services I intend to do three things: (1). Ensure that time sensitive schedules are met (2). Follow customer's load/unload instructions. (3) Reduce customer's exposure to injury resulting from improper lifting techniques.

Did not show up. We had talked to them prior to the date and scheduled a time, but no one ever showed up, would not respond to texts and we could not reach them by phone. Total no show.
