The guys started out great, they seem to have a good system going but as it came upon the 3 hour time I had hired them for, many of the furniture items at the end were packed haphazardly and we found multiple items to be severely gauged, scratched and ripped. They also didn't seem concerned about getting anything dirty, they laid a chair on it's side on the filthy truck floor soiling the entire left side. We were quite upset with their carelessness of how these final 15 large items were packed & damaged before the truck was even picked up for transportation. I'm very disappointed as I trusted them in the beginning.

They arrived on time, however, they worked very slowly compared to the company that loaded the pod. They took every opportunity to slow down the unloading -- carrying drawers -- one at a time when the loaders packed the whole piece of furniture - drawers and all. They pushed a two hour job to just over three hours. Good for them but I would never use this service again. These guys didn't know what they were doing -- just a couple of guys picking up some extra work.

The movers did an incredible job. I did not believe my furniture and other items would fit in the container that I ordered, but the expertise of movers accommodated all of my possessions. I was more than pleased how everything turned out and would highly recommend Hire Helpers.

They came on time (I had them scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10; they were here at 9:05). They moved my stuff quickly, efficiently and to specification. I had some heavy pieces to move from Floor 1 to Floor 2 (and from Floor 2 to Floor 1, but gravity assists there), and they worked their tails off to move it cheerfully up and down the stairs. They finished the job in less than an hour without damaging a thing. They were polite, respectful of me and my stuff, and delightful to work with. I would absolutely use A.R.M.S Moving again!

The two gentlemen who came were fantastic. They were professional, timely, and knew exactly what they were doing. I was worried about packing the truck--they knew how to do it. Nothing seems to have broken.

They did a good job. Moved all my items (10' uhaul stuffed to the brim) to the 2nd floor in 1h! Placed items in rooms as instructed. Very polite.
