They were slow, took numerous breaks, pack things on the truck then unpacked them then repacked them because they obviously had very little knowledge of packaging. They drove their own car to a job site and was about 15 minutes late saying they made a wrong turn. On their return they were again about 15 minutes behind my arrival. These incidents resulted in more time than was necessary. The result is that I probably paid for two extra hours than the job was worth.

They put heavy stuff on top of boxes with lighter stuff so some of the boxes now are leaning. One of them was on his cell phone much of the time. They seemed in a big hurry because the worker on his cell phone had to get somewhere.
