I am very sad to leave a review like this.
Glenn was very professional and nice while on the site.
He arrived on time. Him and his helper allowed my 10 year old son to help load the truck some and that made my son feel special.
Everything the movers did was great EXCEPT for the FOLLOWING:
1) They scratched my laminate flooring by dragging my dressers along the floor. (Glenn did give me an adjustment for this though... and it made me happy.
2) I rented over 70 moving pads for the movers to use, and strongly encouraged them several times to use the pads. For whatever reason, they didn't use the pads correctly and I had appx. 25 pieces of furniture with noticeable damage when we unloaded the truck.
Here is where it gets bad.
I called Glenn to let him know and he apologized and said he would take care of it. I emailed pictures, got furniture repair quotes... then I emailed, texted, and called him several times and he NEVER contacted me back.
So now I have to pay out of my pocket to have furniture repaired that THEY damaged. If he would have followed through with filing an insurance claim I would have left a GOOD review because he took care of his mistakes....
But in this case, it was a horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this company or use them again.
I even bought them lunch, provided them with water and snacks throughout the day.

In the end, mobile movers got the job done (and I am thankful for that). However I don't think I will use them again. We hired 4 guys for 2 hours. Two of the guys showed up in mobile movers T shirts and the other two looked like they were fresh off the street. Two guys came early and two guys showed up 30 minutes later. There was not a leader in the group to organize how they would work together. Very unorganized.

On time, cheerful (even at the early hour). Go the job done, in awful conditions and the result was far better than I had hoped. A+++ service from these pros!

I hired this company to help me unload a POD and move into a second floor apartment (stairs only, no elevator). They arrived on time and were professional and courteous and even helped me set up some of the furniture. I felt they took good care of making sure nothing - especially the heavy stuff - got damaged as it moved out of the POD and up the stairs into the apartment. I would recommend them.

I hired Mobile Moving to load and unload a 2 bedroom townhouse. The two guys arrived on time and were very polite. They worked quick and efficiently during the move.
However, they dropped several items. One of my dressers broke and other pieces were dinged up. I felt like they could have been much more careful with my items. Although they felt sorry about the items, I would not recommend due to the broken goods.
