Elvis was very polite and helpful(especially when our u haul truck broke down and it took 4 hours to be repaired). He stuck with us to the end and even brought our TV to the new house so it could be installed while my husband waited for the truck to be fixed.

This is my second time that I have used M&M Moving Services. Once again, they exceeded my expectations!! I was originally scheduled to close on my house on Tuesday, but it was delayed until Thursday evening. They contacted me every day to see how I was doing and assured me that they would work with me to complete my move regardless of the day or time. They honored their word and started my move at 530pm and worked until 900pm to ensure I was completely satisfied with their service. I would use their service again in the future for any of my moving needs and I highly recommend them to anyone who demands high quality service, fair pricing, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

M&M are excellent movers.
I would highly recommend M&M movers. Our original movers were tied up and couldn't move us, so hireahelper contacted M&M and they kindly filled in at the last minute. They were polite and respectful to us, careful with our furniture, and worked quickly and efficiently. They put together furniture and placed it where we wanted it. The move in was less stressful thanks to M&M.

M&M arrived about 20 minutes early and were extremely helpful with some last minute work (unscrewing table legs, wrapping lamp cords, etc.). They had everything they needed to do the job (dolly, rope, small tool kit), and worked very hard. I am still amazed that two men were able to move me out of my apartment and into my new one in 3 hours!
They respected all my things--nothing was damaged and they never threw a box in too hard, etc. Plus, they were pleasant and great conversationalists as they did such tough work. They were recommended to me by a friend, and even after she talked them up, I was impressed. I will absolutely recommend them again. They're worth every penny!

Although there is a disconnect in the HireaHelper process, I would not hold it against the company. Our original request was for 2 movers for 2 hours at 9:00 a.m. Due to a mess up between hireahelper and the company during off-duty overs, the request was never process, although I received an email confirmation to say it was. Not very happy with what happen to us in a critical time of need.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We do not refund for any unused time.
