This company is a scam. They quoted me a price that included two hours of moving plus drive time, but when the movers arrived, they immediately claimed it would take much longer because I live on the third floor. They refused to start the job unless I paid more upfront.
They told me they could begin packing but only if I agreed to higher charges on the spot. The entire thing felt like a setup. After wasting my time and arguing over the contract, they packed a few items, left early, and still billed me for the full amount—without completing the move.
To be clear, they charged me for the entire job. He did not pack a single box or load anything onto the truck and eventually I had to spend several hundred dollars a borrow of money to rent a vehicle to handle and move myself. Please save yourself the pain. These people are a scam artist stay away.
This experience cost me hundreds of dollars and left me stranded at the last minute. **Do not use this company **. Research reputable movers instead.
