What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a response within 24hrs, at which time we will go over several points on how to best provide the services you require.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a punctual, quick, and professional crew that treats your belongings as if they were our own.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should be sure to complete any tasks that they are not hiring us for to make sure the job gets done within the time the customer has booked for, before we arrive. Any services that we are hired for, all a customer has to do is sit back and relax while we take care of everything.
What types of moves have you handled?
As a team we have handled over 500 moves. We have provided moving labor( loading/unloading/packing/unpacking). We also have provided full service moves within vermont and the surrounding states. We have done commercial moves as well. We have ample experience with u-boxes, shipping containers, clean outs, pods, tractor trailer boxes, etc.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our team are trained with a hands on approach to all services we offer, all equipment we use, and a general sense of professionalism. I personally train every driver on the team with both box trucks and trailers

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We cannot guarantee availability beyond the pre-booked time.
