I can't say enough about All Star Movers, they were on time, such hard workers and worked so well as a team and extremely personable and trustworthy. They were extremely respectful to us and to our property during the entire moving process. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Ray made sure all went smoothly and they all worked together as a team and listened well to one another's suggestions too.

Once a 2 nd person showed up, the work was done well by the two people. However, due to the fact that one of the 2 workers decided not to work that day, my work started 3 hours late. 1 person showed on time, I did not allow work to start, because it was work for 2. After one hour, we got a phone call to apologize, and promises were made that the problem would somehow be solved.

They did a good job unloading a 16 foot PODS but we had to wait 3 hrs to get started due to re-scheduling from Monday to Thursday. They were courteous and willing to do a good job. cvMay need some training to listen more to the owners concerns and protect property by using blankets for the dolly truck. Overall we were satisfied in the end.
