would definitely use Rizco again!! they were super professional and punctual,, showed up and started before scheduled time and worked extremely hard during entire job. they were able to stack our truck better than i ever would have imagined it could be stacked!! nothing budged during our two day drive to our destination and nothing was damaged in the loading or the trip! Rizco is fantastic and we would ABSOLUTELY use them again!!!

Here is the low down. These guys at Rizco were great. Case closed. However, many other things were wrong. Whoever was acting as a referral agent or dispatcher on that temporary help website did an abysmal job! The engagement understanding with the dispatcher said no truck would be provided. That was fine, I rented my own truck. Yet these guys showed up with a huge moving truck, which was unnecessary and cost someone some serious money. I also kept trying to get from the referral/dispatcher, Maria, a more exact time when they would arrive. I kept getting vague answers: 'Maybe 3:30, after 3, sometime between 3 and 4. As it turns out, they arrived at 3:00 sharp, while I was still renting a truck that I apparently did not need. I was not happy, but said to tell them that I was renting a truck and to stay there, I would be back in a moment. 15 minutes later I arrived with my truck, and no one was there. After I made inquiries, I was told that the dispatcher had sent them 'home' because I was impolite to her. If I was, I am sorry. But is this a good way to do business?? For a moment there, it looked like I was forfeiting my entire deposit just because someone said that I was mean to them. The misunderstandings had gone on and on. The situation was rescued only because Rizco came back promptly, apologized for their dispatcher/referral and did a great job. As to the latter, I would hire them again. As to the former, Rizco needs to get another dispatching/referral agency.

They arrived on time and packed everything in two hours. It was packed well enough to survive a 1200 mile move with no breaks or scratches.
