I've used these guys before and they are absolutely the best! They are very good at packing the truck, utilizing every square inch. Hard working, very polite and professional. When I need laborers in the future, I will definitely use them again.

Overall, Bell Boys did a good job with our move and they worked very hard while at our home. They were also respectful and conscientious of my family and our belongings. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the time of their arrival changed twice in less than 24 hours. Though they were communicative the day before the move, the communication was less on the day of the move and they arrived 2 hours later than what they had previously communicated to me. But, when they arrived, they did a good job.

The 3 man crew was expedient and careful with our belongings. They carried items to the proper location and made sure everything was in the correct room before they left.
I did not give 5 stars because communication could have been better. I did not receive a confirmation phone call from Bell Boys when I booked via Hire-a-Helper. (I received a call from other bookings.) I did not receive calls or texts from Bell Boys the day before or the day of the move, as I had with other bookings. I scheduled them to start between 8-9 a.m. At 9:15 I called to find out if they were coming. They were 5 minutes away; a simple call or text to me with an ETA would have saved me anxiety.

Both guys were very polite, clearly ready to work. They were the perfect answer to my need for help to move. They made sure everything was wrapped and moved items carefully, no damage to walls either! I would recommend them 100 percent.

I like the staff of this company very much. My criticism is that they were scheduled to be here between 10-11 am and did not get here until 2:30 pm.

Scheduled as last minute move and they still showed up within expected arrival window prepared to work. Worked hard and quickly with quality service. Did a terrific job packing everything into the truck and securing load, so nothing shifted during transport to destination. Loaded and unloaded without any damage to either properties or household goods. Were respectful of property and goods entire time on premises. Would definitely use again!
