The two men did a great job and made sure that everything was well packed and secure on the POD tying down everything so that it was secure and used every bit of available space

Terrible packing job. Lots of scratches and and damage. Did not protect fine wood furniture with any pads. Almost every piece has scratches and dents. Stacked wood furniture with no regard for what it came in contact with. Stacked metal patio pieces against wood pieces. Ropes in direct contact with wood furniture. Inefficient packing, as lots of space left in trucks so we had to leave a garage full of stuff behind. Complained when we somehow missed one lunch order, even though we paid for the lunches (this, after we had already tipped $300). Clearly did not know how to deal with a large house move.

Janes and his crew were amazing and fast! Was hesitant at first to use the service but needed last minute moving labor help quick. They were on time, and oh-so-efficient! And not to mention nice! All of our stuff made it safely to our destination in no time. So thankful for them. They really took the stress away. Highly recommend!
