The movers were 40 minutes late, but called to let me know, which I appreciated. The movers were excellent! They took great care in wrapping , protecting and moving my furniture down 2 flights of stairs. I have an extremely large china hutch and fragile china and was worried about it possibly getting broken in move, but the movers were really careful with my belongings and even helped me drag a couple of large pieces to the dumpster.
They worked methodically and steadily. Another concern was weather all my furniture and boxes would fit into the pod I ordered. The movers amazingly used every inch of space from floor to ceiling and I had room left to spare. Very professional! Thank you for making a daunting move less stressful.

Excellent team! They were a few minutes late, though they called to let me know, but dove right in as soon as they arrived and got things done quickly! They were nice, patient, careful, helpful and fast. I would hire them again in a moment, though hopefully I won't need to move again soon. I highly recommend them.

Ivan and Soto were on time and called in advance to let me know they were on the way. I had requested to have them pack a POD for me because my home was to be staged in the near future. They introduced themselves and were polite and helpful. They knew exactly how to pack the many boxes I had, along with the furniture and miscellaneous other items. They secured the items inside the POD and didn't mind my checking to make sure there was enough space.
I told them that I was quite impressed with how they packed the POD and completed the job within the specified time. I will certainly contact them again for any future packing.

I can not say enough good things about tim and the guys at Lucky Movers. They were polite and professional. I also had an issue with getting the truck on time so they let me move back my start time by a few hours. When they completed the job early but with and extra free worker they didn't charge me more and in fact gave me some of the money back.
I would recommend them to anyone and use them again next time i move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
