The guys were incredibly kind and I could tell they really wanted my move to be successful. However, despite having 24 moving blankets and a huge roll of moving plastic wrap for them to use to ensure my custom hardwood furniture was not damaged, they used only 10 furniture blankets (and did not use the plastic wrap to hold blankets on the pieces of furniture). I should have provided more oversight while they were loading the truck, as they stacked furniture on top of each other (fine) but did not put any padding in between to protect the surfaces. They also laid a couple of furniture pieces on their sides with no protection between the furniture and the floor of the truck. As a result, multiple of my pieces were scratched or damaged in ways that could have easily been prevented had they properly used moving blankets to protect my belongings. Ultimately, they were not fast either. It took them 3 hours to load the truck instead of the 2 hours I was quoted, which I assumed was because they were being incredibly careful, but I just think that they aren’t quite as experienced as other options. With some extra training, I think these guys would be great, but it was a work in progress and I am currently having my furniture repaired. Thankfully, there was no serious damage, and it is mostly things that can be fixed by sanding and refinishing my furniture, which takes time and likely would not be feasible for furniture that is MDF or not hardwood, or for those who don’t have experience with furniture building. If you use these guys, just keep an eye on the truck loading process and make sure that furniture is loaded and protected on its way in.

They were amazing. Packed the truck like Tetris. No damage to my apartment with all the traffic and they were very respectful. They remained busy the entire time and didn't slack off.
There was a mix up with the first movers scheduled and these guys picked up the job same day and arrived on time. I cried I was so thankful for their hard work.

These guys were great, I couldn't have asked for more. They arrived, assessed what had to be moved and didn't stop moving until the truck was loaded. They moved mattresses, box springs, and couches as well as electronics which they packed up so they wouldn't break during the move. At the new place, they unloaded the truck just as fast, up a narrow flight of stairs making it look easy. They were even able to figure out how to break down the couches into pieces to move it into the new apartment. Couldn't have moved without them. Definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
