Difficult to contact when no one showed up at the scheduled (and confirmed) time window. We ended up loading our contents ourselves. After multiple calls/texts to Presidential — also called Hire A Helper who also could not reach them.
Finally a call back and they showed up almost 2 hours after the agreed time. After we had unloaded everything outside the entry ourselves. They were there all of 20 minutes. Would never use nor recommend either company.
Despite that, we still showed up and completed the unload, even though the customer and his family greeted our crew with hostility and disrespect. Our team remained professional under pressure and finished the job in under 30 minutes due to the limited scope.
We stand by our crew and service. This review contains false information and racial undertones that are both disappointing and unacceptable.

Definitely recommend Presidential as a moving company! However, hire directly through the company vs using Hire-A-Helper. It would have saved us so much money if we did it that way.
