You didn't have your stuff properly backed up,and that had single clothes peices all over the place,none of the dressers were wrapped ,who ever packed you up didn't respect your things,there was no damage to your stuff and we were finishing up on another job and told you we were going to be late.But sorry if you feel that way.You had your mail not properly tucked away ,now you are saying we left you mail on the floor,but why wasn't it in boxes makes no sense for you to complain when you didn't have it In Boxes wrapped and packed. I have pictures of how you had stuff packed.It wasn't a good experience for us either because you had your stuff disorganized making our move hard not have dresser ,nook and other furniture not wrapped.You had a 300 pound nook that wasn't wrapped so the doors kept swinging open when we moved it.
You should be greatful you even got a move for that cheap and no damage to your things.Maybe I won't be using this company either with customers like you.
