What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a service with the compassion and understanding that moving days can be stressful and overwhelming. We will arrive on time with the tools needed to complete your move. We are there to support you our customer in having the most seamless move yet!!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We are well trained to take care of not only your belongings but the structure of your home itself. We are patient and courteous and will accommodate each client as we would want for a member of our own family.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If packing is not included we ask that your items be secure in sealed boxes. We also recommend that any must have items be placed in customers vehicles if possible. We will perform a walk through before your move will begin assessing any other concerns.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews have been assembled from many different companies we have experience in cross country weight moves, we do a lot with real-estate agents and interior designers when staging homes, local and long distance, office and home. I would share that by word of mouth we do a lot of retirement moves as we understand how much care needs to go into them.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Supporting others through transitions some that maybe joyous and some that may be sad. Either way we will be there to ensure that the heavy lifting and care for your items does not have to be your stressor, it will remain our our focus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of my crew members have 5 years plus in the moving business we always have a 30 day trial period in which any concerns are addressed and corrected.
