Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. What happened was completely unexceptable! I booked this loading help almost 3 weeks ahead. Spoke with Tara and specifically explained to her where in Sebring Florida, we were. I explained that it was not a lot of items just bulky or heavy items. We are older and just can't lift 10 household pieces of furniture. The rest we would be loading ourselves. Asked her why they would accept a booking this far, she said they were new to the porch app and would be recalibration there distance requirements but would be accepting the job. She called me the next day and said there would be a fuel surcharge for the job of $75. I asked her again if it would be a problem getting here and doing the job. I was told numerous times that she would go onto the app a change it but this job was confirmed. I agreed to pay for the additional fuel fee. I Had 3 separate calls with them to verify that they were going to do the job, even got the confirmation call at 4pm the day before. Canceled on me by text 10 minutes prior to start time. Had just drove home the 26 ft Penske truck and positioned it into our driveway for an out of state move to Georgia. Paid over $1100 for the truck rental. My husband and I will never forgive you for leaving us stranded in the heat of August, trying to load a truck you said 3 times you would be here from 10 am to 12 noon to help us load. A call anytime prior to the day of would have saved us from taking the truck and maybe trying something different. We have moved over 8 times and know there are multiple things to line up and coordinate to move a whole house. Karma will prevail.

The problems started the day before they came. The owner called me and insisted they had to start earlier than I had scheduled. I needed them to come at 10 AM. He said they should start at 8 so they could do another job in the afternoon. I don’t understand why he would accept the job if the timing was problematical for him. Anyway, they were almost an hour late getting here anyway. They worked hard but they dropped and broke the top part of my dining room hutch!!! They tried to clean up the broken glass and then threw the glass into my front yard where people could step on it and cut their feet!!! Crazy! I insisted the glass be picked up and then I threw it into the trash. I took pictures of the damage and went online to report it. The responding email said they would get back to me within 10 minutes. At the end of the day I finally got a call and was told they were busy. I was sent an email so I could file a claim but you couldn’t use your cell phone, only a regular computer. And you had to file within 10 days or you were out of luck. I had eye surgery the following day and medical follow ups. So it was a week later when I was able to get to a computer and try to file my claim. However, the company has to assign you the password! We repeatedly asked for a password and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
I am VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING. I certainly will NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
