I had a last minute request for moving labor help. Customer service kept me up to date with the first team that couldn’t do it and then re scheduled me with another team. John and his assistant later called and advised they could not accommodate that day because of a prior job that went over the expected time so they came the following day New Year’s Eve. They arrived that morning and were quick and professional and had my items up in my home in no time. Thanks!

They were prompt and timely. They were well prepared for the task of unloading/unpacking the moving vehicle and placing items where they belonged in the home. They worked with contagious enthusiasm. Yes, I would recommend them for any job.

So many problems... Yes, they used 3 hours to unload 80% of a 26' U-haul Truck and did with the standard care and precautions. They were on time. But that was it. It was two guys: an older guy called J. and a younger one also with the same name. The older one was the alpha and complained - non-stop for the duration of the 3-hour job - about how U-Haul was keeping most of his money, how U-haul policies were unfair to the contractor, and if he knew the items were so heavy, he would not accept the job. He cursed a lot and often (F-bombs included), in front t of my wife and adult daughter (both Catholics) disrespecting both. Un insufferable fella. The two movers kept grunting all the way to the second floor, exaggerating their effort of moving items up. What the heck they were thinking? That the job was to carry groceries bags from a car to grandma's house? The worst part was the lack of professionalism: the older one refused to take a piece of my king size bed wooden frame to the second floor because "it would damage the dry-wall and I don't have a waiver for you to sign, sir!"; he also started climbing the stairs with my dresser, only to stop in the 3/4 of the way and tell me that they need to remove the stairs handle so, maybe - just maybe, they could make it to the second floor.
They should just shut up and do the job they willingly accepted, be paid off, and get out.

John and his team were excellent. Although I had requested 3 guys, we only ended up with two. John and his helper, John, were very friendly, attentive. Excellent communication as well! They had hand trucks, dollies, tools for furniture. Probably the best, and least stressful move I have ever had! I highly recommend hiring John and his team for any moving needs and will for sure hire them for my next move!

Both helpers were named John. They were absolutely awesome. They had to move heavy furniture in the pouring rain. I would definitely use them again. Fantastic.
