This company was an answer to my prayer to find help. They were everything I'd ask for! The guys arrived with such a good attitude and worked so hard! It was great!

I called A Touch Above the day before I needed them and they accepted the job. I requested an arrival time at noon. Although I was told the night before the workers might be a few minutes late, they actually arrived 2 1/2 hours late. When the two workers finally arrived, they looked exhausted. Despite the fact that I had indicated a dolly was needed, they arrived without one. The Lead person told me he wasn't told of the requirement. They were still able to move the heavy items but it would have been easier and faster with the appropriate equipment. In summary, they did what they were hired to do but they could have done more. I believe I loaded more boxes than they did. I would only use them again if I had no other option.

The movers were excellent! They were on time and even helped me wrap my furniture because I was running late. They were very knowledgeable and took great care of my furniture. The job was completed in the requested time frame even though they moved me in the rain. I highly recommend this company.

Randy and Brad arrived a little later than originally scheduled, but their boss had called both the night before and the day of the work call to advise of the change in time. It was not a problem. Once they arrived they got to work immediately and did not stop until we were finished. They had some very heavy things that had to go up some U shaped stairs. I would definately use them again!

I called and asked if we could hire help that day! They called me back and said yes and they were on their way! I was shocked/ Soooo excited they came through! They did show up on time! They worked VERY hard! They had VERY heavy furniture to move and they did it! And yes they were very respectful of our property. And Yes I would defiantly use them again.
