I had to book some day and they were flexible with our start time. So flexible that after saying they could arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time, they didn't complain when we were delayed an hour because of slow freight trailer dropoff. They got busy and had the 3 hours finished in 2.5! Thanks again for the amazing customer service and no complaints about how much heavy furniture we have. They were on time, flexible, respectful, and we'd definitely use them again.

I would most likely hire again. They ended up finishing under the estimated time and were friendly and prompt. Great communication from start to finish. The only issue I had was that they were clearly trying to slowdrag at the beginning. One of the helpers just stood around unless I directed him to take things and they walked very slowly between loads. My husband and I ended up moving a lot of the items ourselves so they wouldn't go over the time, even though we didn't have a lot to move.
