The Kiki moving team arrived on time and immediately assessed moving requirements for my household. There were several very heavy pieces of furniture and numerous smaller pieces. I was amazed at how well they worked together to get all my furniture into my Pack Rat container. These guys were really great and I would definitely recommend Kiki Movers for any move you need! Thank you Kiki Movers! You Rock!

Kiki’s Movers presented as caring professionals, but Khris, Kelvin, Kevin did not follow through. I’m extremely disappointed after finally unloading my container and seeing the condition of my belongings.
Much of my furniture appeared to have been tossed into the back of the container without proper wrapping or protection. My brand new couch was not wrapped, and the upholstery was placed directly on the dirty floor of the container, resulting in damage to the fabric. Several chairs were left unwrapped and tangled together, and one broke during shipment. A large glass vase was haphazardly tossed in the back with no protective wrapping at all.
My new washer arrived dented and scratched, along with multiple other damaged items.
In addition, I was uncomfortable when the movers attempted to persuade me to pay a “reduced cash rate” directly to them instead of going through the moving company. That raised serious concerns.
While they presented themselves as friendly and professional, the quality of the packing and handling was unacceptable. And I’m pretty sure they skated through the last hour for overage pay. I will be contacting the company to formally address the damages and the payment issue.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

A customer should prepare for moving day by keeping in communication with their assigned contact, and ensuring that our company has a good idea of what we will be moving, where we will be moving it from, if anything needs to be packed or wrapped, and any other obstacles we may face when completing the service so that we can have the proper tools and professionals to handle the move.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have completed various moves including local and long distance moves, large and small business moves, moves from 3 family apartments, single family homes and large apartment complexes.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being able to meet new people while providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients are stress-free.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide our crew members with customer service training, lifting and carrying safety techniques approved by OSHA, loading skill training to ensure that moving trucks are packed efficiently and correctly, and packing skill training to ensure that our customers belongings are packed properly to avoid any damages.
