They did a good job. They knew how to load a truck and kept going until the job was done. I would recommend to anyone needing moving labor help but I feel I do have to mention they were 2 hours late in arriving.

The two individuals that helped us actually move our things were incredible. They worked hard and fast and got a ton done. They were friendly and very respectful.
The problem I had was with the actual company. No one reached out prior to our move to confirm everything that we had to be moved. I had to reach out a few days before to confirm that they would be there at the time I booked. On the day of the move I received a call after the movers showed up stating that we had nothing in boxes (we did) and that they were confused on what was being moved. The woman on the phone apologized for not confirming and I let her know what had to be moved. The movers also stayed an extra hour.
Fast forward to the day after our move, I paid for what I thought was everything and received a call stating I needed to pay for another two hours. There was no timer or anything to show the exact time, only texts from the movers on their end. So who knows what the actual time was that they had. We compromised and I ended up paying for an additional 1.75 hours. Long story short, the experience with this company was very unorganized and I felt like the company itself acted like they were doing me a favor by helping us move, even though I was paying for the service.
Again, the two folks that helped us move were great, but the company itself was so so. I hope this was just a one time thing.

I am 100% satisfied with the 2 helpers BAWSE Lady Moving and Hauling sent to aid in unloading my 16 ft. PODS container after a cross-country move to the Ft. Worth area. They were a punctual, hard working team, as well as being friendly and courteous. They emptied the container quickly, making the effort to do so carefully, following the directions I had given as to where the items were to be taken in the house or garage. I would definitely call on them again and will recommend the company to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you, BAWSE Lady!

Great movers. There was an issue with my storage container opening, and things being packed in too tight in the front but they figured it out and were able to get all of my things out as well as assembling two beds. They followed directions well, making sure everything was where I instructed them to put it, and were very respectful of my property and belongings.

Excellent movers. Very efficient and took care with my items, nothing damaged loading truck. Considered my suggestions on how to stack items and had their own great improvements to get it all in secure and safe for long 11 hour drive west.
