Great family team with a super work ethic. Showed up on time. We loaded these guys(and gal) up with lots of big furniture going upstairs with no issues.

The crew gets an A+ for effort....execution, not so much. It was obvious that they hadn't packed a POD with household items. When I asked them had they ever done this before, they said they do mostly warehouse-type loading and unloading. They didn't protect the furniture - I had to instruct them about padding the furniture when I saw them try to put a piece of furniture on top of another piece with no protection blanket. The way they packed it caused the load to shift; broke a leg off of one of my side tables; put a huge rip in the underneath of one of my antique chairs and they had NO experience moving a piano, which they caused damage to.....
Like I said, they had a great attitude and gave 100% effort to do the job. They needed more direction and experience in the execution of the project which I didn't feel was my job to provide; that time took me away from the other work I had to do.....

Awesome team. They came prepared at the exact right time and hopped right into unloading my belongings. They made sure to handle everything with care and were very gentle with my boxes and large furniture. Moved all my items in my 15’ truck and Grand Cherokee into storage in less than the 2 hours and were very pleasant. 11/10, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Mr. Kirk was 30 minutes late, however, when he arrived he was prepared and ready to assess the job. He worked hard and was respectful of my property and goods. He was friendly and fast and I would definitely use him and your company again.
