My move time was set for two guys to arrive between 9-10. The first guy arrived at 9:30 ready to go. The second one, unfortunately, had a flat tire and got delayed. However, I was impressed that the company quickly sent two other employees to cover until the second guy could arrive. They were both very polite and considerate of our requests. I think they could have been a bit better about utilizing the furniture pads and covers that we provided to protect our large items, but overall they did a good job and finished with an hour to spare. I would likely use them again, and/or recommend them to a friend.
