The 2 gentleman arrived and were very fast loading the truck. While they were loading they broke a bookshelf that we had to leave. Then as they were loading a dresser they did not remove the drawers and dropped one that broke. They put it back in the unit without notifying us and loaded it onto the truck. We were running out of room on the truck and they were helpful to figure out a way to get as much as they could in the truck. We ended up abandoning several things that could have fit if we would have known that it was broken and removed it. Now we arrived at our new home with furniture that we will not be able to salvage. They were helpful but I feel we were deceived by them about this piece. I most likely would not choose them again.
