The two individuals that came to unload my moving truck walked up and introduced themselves and got to work. They were very organized, knew exactly what they were doing and assembled everything that we asked them to do. I would highly recommend this company for any project that you need assistance with.

We were very happy with the team from Rigo's that packed our moving truck. They took great care with our furniture and other belongings. They applied shrink-wrap to each piece of furniture and/or wrapped it with the furniture pads we rented along with our rental truck. They also tied each row in with rope very securely. We unpacked the truck yesterday and only one lamp stand was a little damaged, everything else made the 1,000 mile trip just fine.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
