Hireahelper was great from the reservation to the execution. We had a separate vendor delivering a container to store equipment in. This vendor was several hours late on their delivery. The hireahelper crew stayed onsite and completed the work, despite the delay. I would highly recommend hireahelper to everyone.

They showed up on time, were very professional, got most of my stuff in one pod and saved me getting another. They took 2 breaks to drink some water (5 minutes total) in the 4 hours they were there. I would recommend and use again.

The guys showed up promptly and were well prepared. They worked quickly and efficiently, finishing well within the 2 hour period I hired them. They were friendly to boot! I would definitely use them again.
I am not removing a star for this because it was more my fault than theirs, but my leather recliner sustained some minor scratching on one edge as it was being moved through a narrow exterior walkway. It was easily repaired by me. The moral is to make sure your furniture has coverings or ask the movers to come with their own to prevent that sort of thing.

Moving is never fun or elegant. It is difficult, time consuming, and emotional. hireahelper made it easier by sending two experienced guys that knew what to do and do it fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them anytime, and will use them again.

One guy showed up on time while the other two had auto problems and came about an hour later. But when they arrived they were FAST, CURTIOUS, EFFECIENT and did exactly what I wanted them to do! HIGHLY recommended!!

The guys from Speed Loaders were fantastic! They showed up early and ready to work. They also brought all of the necessary equipment to unload our U-boxes and set up our furniture. We live on the 3rd floor and they unloaded all of our stuff really quickly and never stopped to take a break! These guys work really hard and are extremely friendly. Movers came an hour early and unprepared with only one dolly and one tie down, and no plastic wrapping or blankets. I confirmed the time with the company the night before, as well as confirming that we would be provided plastic wrap for our furniture (at no extra cost) to keep it from getting soiled and scratched. They were careless with our items, scratching, denting, and soiling our furniture and used our bedding as padding. Some glass items were broken. They took a total of 7 hours to move our small two bedroom house. I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
