The two men did the packing one day and loading two days later. They really worked efficiently to get the job done. I was very pleased with the care given to my artwork and hardwood furniture pieces. I would definitely recommend them.

They did break a chair while packing the truck little disappointing didn’t know until we unloaded truck it was packed tight and I think when pushing the stuff back to make room and broke the wood frame.

I feel awful because I'm so bad with remembering names, but the two men who came to help me unload my truck were on time and super professional and amiable. They were very careful with my property (even though the two guys who loaded the truck in my origin city definitely were not!), they were very conscious about asking where I wanted things and they even offered to arrange my furniture how I wanted it. I would definitely patronize them again and highly recommend them, I wish they had been on both ends of my move!

Not concerned about showing up late, but the quality work is the issue. Worked hard but did not care for our stuff. Made a huge scratch in my floor, part of my complaint, and all they could say is sorry. They had no tools. I had beds broken down, dressers emptied and drawers out, all they had to do is carry it. They did not have gloves (had to borrow) no straps, dolly's ( I provided), and most importantly no mover straps. They banged walls, floors, etc as a result. Storage in the truck we had over 20 blankets, tape, bubble wrap, etc for them and they stored tables on end and on top of each other without protection and said it is fine and it was not.

Very unsatisfactory service. I was scheduled to have Hired Helpers on Friday the 30th. I was emailed (not even called) that I couldn’t be serviced at the quoted and guaranteed time. The company cancelled after I said I absolutely needed service for agreed time with a confirmation number. Having an agreement meant NOTHING! I was eventually able to book another company but I was lied to about the time Hired Helpers would show to load a truck. I was now being backed up possibly 3 hours. I was traveling 8 hours south and this was not acceptable. The next company was an hour late and I started the process myself. NEVER, EVER would I use this company again!! Because of the delay and chaos I needed to book a hotel which cost more money. This was a horrible experience.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive a confirmation call from the company prior to move date. Most importantly they will receive caring, compassionate and friendly movers at there door every single day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our employees show up with all necessary tools to complete whatever job is in there way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We suggest the customer have everything in boxes/totes that are sealed shut. Furniture disassembled.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our company have handled long distance, local and corporate relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love to travel and see new places as well as putting a smile on our customers face knowing all that stress has been relieved.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do a week of shadow training where our new crew members will come on jobs and shadow. Toward the end of the week our new members will be on jobs loading and unloading.
