First, the movers arrived 1 hour late. Two men who looked thin and tired showed up. They were unprepared for the job. A half hour after they started, they informed me they will stop on their way to my new home, to find something to eat, before they can continue work. I had no choice, so I said ok. But that was just the beginning. They were also extremely slow. To the point that my young son who is 16 and I had to join in order to move things quicker. I have 4 beds in the house, but they could only move 2 because after spending 5 hours and still a lot of things to move, I had to let them go. They were very polite guys, but I needed real movers not some tired and hungry-looking guys.

Even though they were 30 minutes late, they worked very hard in the heat and only took 2 well deserved heat breaks. Would probably use them again.

Outstanding help! John and Mike were very professional and pleasant. Only regret was I didn't have more cash to tip them with because they certainly earned it. Not only would I recommend them, but I will be using them anytime I need help moving items! Great Job!

Great job professional guys couldn't have done it without them. they packed the truck perfectly nice and tight no damage to furniture or walls Great job guys. They got got stuck in traffic while coming over and they called to advise of such very good communication

The morning of our scheduled move, it was raining and the forecast for the day was terrible. The movers offered to reschedule for the next day for no charge. Daniel and Neil showed up on time, worked hard, and took the time to make sure that we had everything where we wanted it. I'd definitely use again.

Arrive 9:40 when told 9:00. I believe I was their first job of the day, but they smelled and looked like they had unload 3 homes before mine. Figured they would at least have on T shirts with a logo or something uniform. If I had not had a deadline of getting my house emptied, I would have probably sent them away. Don't get me wrong, they were very respectful just not what I expected. They claimed they had not been informed that they were moving HEAVY stuff? New about a piano, but guess that was all the big stuff they thought they were moving? Had a dolly, when I specifically asked if they would have the weight distributing straps for picking up. I had plenty of quilts and comforters for their use, and kept complaining that I should have gotten blankets. And half the time didn't use them. I ended up taking furniture apart myself, because they were very unorganized, and the third person ended up watching the other two. Made trips down the stairs without carrying anything. Even if you are going to check what size item you need next to fill a whole, you should use your time and steps wisely and take something down. Got irritated when I said I didn't want them but the two hours for the heavy stuff, and got better when I said I would do one more if I had too! I ended up feeling sorry for them, they were nice, and tipped them anyway, so I would make sure they at least had lunch and gas money, before starting their next job. Sorry, no I would not use the service again.

Our movers were very experienced and did an awesome job. They didn't complain when we kept them for an extra 3 hours. We will hire them again to unload our PODS. Highly recommend!
