My movers showed up right on time. They worked hard and quickly but were still very careful with my furniture. They did an excellent job of utilizing the available space and securing all the items. They were friendly and courteous.

These guys came in as movers and left as friends. I tried to get them to come to Texas with us and unload at the other end of our move. Great guys, hard workers, and took extreme care of our belongings and home. They were on time, and started right in alfter I took them for a quick walk around (my idea).

The management is terrible and threatened to place felony charges against me because I did not submit payment immediately after the move finished at 12:30am. The reason it was so late was because of poor planning by the moving company and they showed up 5 hours late.
The actual movers were very good and helpful. I would rate them 5 stars. So if you don't care if the owner is a complete jerk the movers they are use are good.
My move was scheduled between 4 and 5pm. The first time I was notified they would be running late was 4:15pm, with an eta of 6 to 6:30pm. Then they wouldn't respond to my calls when they weren't showing up. They arrived around 9pm.
Because of this, we also finished very late. Before agreeing to extra charges, I wanted to talk to the company about the horrible experience that didn't allow me to finish moving until about 2am. I had extra charges for not returning my truck on time. Not to mention all the other inconvenience of keeping me up so late.
Starting at 1:23am is when the manager, maybe owner, John sent me text messages asking me to pay him via the hire a helper website. I wanted to talk to the company about why they were so late before agreeing to time overages charges since I had so much inconvenience. When I didn't submit payment right away around 2am he sent me text messages saying he would call the police and place a felony theft of labor charge against me. The following morning at 8:20am he said he would file at 11am if he didn't have payment before then. He also threatened to place a lein against my property in the moving pod. I asked him to call me several times. He did not try to reach out to talk to me once, only had his secretary call me.

I requested a three man crew from Verlys Pro Moving Labor to move heavy household items from my garage into my house. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. Not one scratch on my new hardwood floors or furniture. I intend to keep the phone number so that I could use them again if I need such service. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Excellent company! Easy to deal with and the movers could not have been better in any way!! They loaded my POD top to bottom, front to back...full as can be in less than 2 hours and not a thing was damaged...and they were polite and friendly!! Highly recommend this company!
