We always try to give each customer our best service and prompt help previous to this move never has someone left such horrible review and myself and my helper have never been treated the way Dolores treated Us, I do understand to just returned back to the US from Iraq and could possible have some type of PTSD or some type mental disorder regardless no one deserves to be treated the way acted from the very start of you arriving to you home slamming doors not introducing yourself not waiting for crew at home instead delaying our start time plus be very rude. I should of called the office and just had them cancel due to your behavior, being rushed the whole time due to you not trying to be billed more time and rushing us and not trying to use more space in the ABF trailer provided and being rude with driver of the truck when he also got there to pick up load not all working people in this country speak perfect English that was another complaint you made over the phone with ABF He is paid to Drive and not teach English class and also didn't deserve to be treated unfair. You we standing present on all packing of your belongings and helped with packing also you had no complaint at that time so why after did you bad mouth me and my work. On occasion some stuff can get damaged due to shifting of the load of truck and on the drive we try to do what we can to prevent such things. We hope you are feeling better and find some kind of help and don't blame others for you unhappiness.
Getting plenty of work and wont stop providing help to those who need it lots of cash tips and smiles which are the type of normal customers that order pizza and offer drinks etc.

Thanks for the new full suspension mountain bike and other gifts and we will not provide service in the future if you try to book with On Call Movers!

Rosemary I am very understanding and fair person and always provide exceptional help with my crew and get tips frequently by our happy customers. I have moved you previously three other times over last serveral years when you first moved to other property down street. All 3 other moves went very smooth and all items moved were placed carefully and were safely moved were they belonged. The rental fee for keeping truck next day is unfortunate something that never happens and was first time in my 15 years in serving Yuma residents it occurred. The original crew of two did fail to show and are no longer providing service and been terminated and not welcome back. I myself drove from San Diego California @ midnight to move you next day with Marcos a young reliable hard worker and did not want to let you down I am sorry for the loss of your husband and always liked helping move you! We don’t get paid for time we get paid for value!
