What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking with us, we will send you a text requesting the details of your move such as the desired start time/date, truck size, and whether you need help loading, unloading, or both.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your scheduled moving day, we will send you a text with our ETA once we are on our way. We typically arrive 5-10 minutes early. We typically do a quick walkthrough with the customer and then we begin the moving process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to have the furniture ready to be moved. Remove items from surfaces and pack them in a box. If you have pets, please be sure to also wipe down surfaces and vacuum prior to our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
Both of our crew members have many years of experience in the moving industry. We have handled local, long distance, and commercial moves throughout our experience. Our ability to safely utilize the space in a truck is outstanding.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We were both trained at a full service moving company in Colorado. There, we were both top-notch crew leads and professional drivers. Now, we are partners in business offering top-notch moving services to our communities in North Carolina.
