I must say that these guys were prompt and polite. They unloaded my 26ft truck in a timely manner and I appreciated their efforts. They worked very hard and were quite respectful of my things. I would not only recommend them to others, but I'd use them myself again.

They showed up early, were fast, friendly, and professional. We paid for our moving truck by the foot, and they were cognizant of this and did a great job of efficiently packing the truck. My only complaint is that they did not use all of the moving blankets we provided, so some furniture ended up getting scuff damage that could have been avoided. Overall, I would not hesitate to use them again, I would just be more proactive on my part with the packing blankets.

At the time of my move, Delando and his crew were courteous, efficient, and prompt. It was only in going against my better judgement and accepting Delando's moving expertise that my front load washer did not require stabalizers, that I ran into problems. He repeatedly advised me they were unnecessary. When my washer was a wreck upon my final destination, Delando was no longer courteous, respectful, or willing to follow through on his Integrity service pledge. In fact, he was quite the contrary. I would not use them again and I will listen to my gut and use the stabalizer screws going forward.

They were on time and very professional. They were super careful moving heavy items downstairs and packed my truck like pros. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Movers never showed nor did they return several phone calls. Hire-a-helper was able to call in another Nashville firm, Reliabile Movers of Nashville, who showed up that afternoon to unload our truck that was due back to Penske!

We will definitely be using Integrity again! Delando was very professional and was able to work us in even after being triple booked for the day. He brought several men and was able to get our 26 ft. truck unloaded in just a couple of hours. I cannot say enough about how hard these guys worked. Thank you, Delando for making our move a lot easier!!

The owner was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. They were half an hour late, but did call to let me know. The owner and 2 of his staff were very good and seemed to know what they were doing. Two additional people came along who did not seem to know how to move things, only seemed to want to carry small, light things, and dropped my mattress and drug it through the grass (I have severe allergic reactions to grass and had to steam the mattress). The 2 less experienced movers made multiple noticeable dents in the walls, knocked several pictures off the wall, and were somewhat careless with my things. Granted, I don't have many high-priced items, but they are important to me. They did get the job done. If had had just been the owner and the 2 guys who were experienced, it would have probably gone more smoothly.

They were on time. Very cooperative to work with and very polite. They worked very hard and did a great job of packing the truck tightly but were very careful with my things. I would use them again most definatly.
