The guys who showed up were super nice. However, they showed up almost 3 hours late because they had a job earlier that ran late. I understand that happens, but I still paid $220 for the job to be done at a certain time (I had to return my moving truck by 3:00). When they did show up, they didn't even move my things properly--they dragged and pushed them along the (new) carpet and banged things into walls.

K.Y. Professional movers did a very good job. They were late showing up for the moving appointment, but called me to let me know when they would arrive. They did a very good job moving my furniture and packed my 16' foot POD efficiently. I was surprised how much they were able to fit.
I would recommend them, and will use them in the future.
